Visual Studio Express is fine. However, if you
are looking to use CUDA, you will only be able to use Visual Studio  
2005,
Visual Studio 2008, and their Express counterparts. nVidia's NVCC  
compiler
is not compatible with Visual Studio 2010, so you would only be able  
to use
it for C compilation, not CUDA.
